Luncheon FAQs

ASCGWA Luncheons are held on the third Thursday of each month. We gather from 10:30 to 1:00 at Patton Hall (unless otherwise noted).

Guests: All members have the privilege of bringing guests to ASCGWA luncheons, however, no person eligible for membership shall be admitted as a guest to any ASCGWA Luncheon more than once in an ASCGWA year. You may register a guest when you go online to register for the Luncheon. If you would like to add a guest after you have registered, please send an email reservations@armyspousesclub.org.

ASCGWA Luncheon Reservation Policy: The deadline to register for a luncheon is the Friday before the date of the luncheon. If you make a reservation and are unable to attend, you must cancel your reservation the Friday before the date of the luncheon in order to be eligible for a refund. Please note that your reservation has guaranteed your attendance and in doing so we have purchased a meal on your behalf. If you do not cancel your reservation by the Friday before the luncheon, you will be charged for the event. 

If you have invited a guest, the same guidelines apply for cancelling a reservation. If you do not cancel your reservation by the Friday before the reservation, you will be charged for the cost of your guest's meal.

Permanent Reservations receive a discount on luncheon fees and therefore are not eligible for refunds. If you have a Permanent Reservation and cannot attend please let us know so we may cancel your meal.
